Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the VPNXF marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains why data is collected, how it is used, and how it is handled. Website analytics and activity through international routes fall under different data scopes, as described below.

Account Data and Order Records

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Email is not required to open an account. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets. Ticket content you submit is used only to address the relevant request.

Account data is used for authentication, subscription delivery, and access management. Order records include the selected plan, order identifier, amount, payment status, and refund handling details. They are used to verify transactions, resolve disputes, and maintain accounts. The total traffic associated with an account is used to calculate usage allowances, not to reconstruct browsing activity.

Scope of the No-Logs Policy

VPNXF does not log which websites users access through international routes. It does not retain browsing histories, browsing content, or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct activity. Such connection logs are not kept in long-term archives or used to build individual browsing profiles.

Subscription status, total traffic, and transaction records are needed to deliver the service and handle billing; they are not browsing logs. Troubleshooting relies on error reports submitted by users and the operational status information necessary to address them. Before submitting screenshots, conceal passwords, login credentials, and subscription credentials.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Analytics on the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage, as well as identify site issues and improve content. Analytics are limited to interactions on the website and do not extend to other websites accessed through the subscription service. Do not enter credentials in URLs or page fields.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. Analytics may also use identifiers to distinguish sessions. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings. After clearing data, you may need to log in again; this does not automatically delete account or order records held on the server.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

VPNXF supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment provider, which processes information needed for transactions under its own rules. VPNXF uses the order identifier, amount, and payment result to verify transactions, and does not ask users to submit payment account passwords in support tickets.

Information is shared only to the extent necessary to complete payments, deliver services, handle user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. After you are redirected to a payment provider, its privacy rules govern how data on its pages is handled. Check the recipient details and order information before paying.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Support tickets and analytics are retained only for as long as needed for their respective purposes, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period.

To access, correct, or delete your data, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, identifying the relevant account or order. We must verify account ownership before processing the request. Deletion may affect login and subscription delivery. Records that must be retained by law or are involved in a dispute cannot be deleted; we will explain the relevant scope and reason.

Policy Updates and Request Handling

If our data practices change, VPNXF will update this page and the last-updated date above. Significant changes to the scope or purpose of data collection, or to user rights, will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where consent is legally required, we will follow the applicable requirements.

If you have questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us through a support ticket in the user panel. Provide only the information necessary to verify and process your request. See the Terms of Service for subscription use and refund rules.
